What You’ll Do
Drive Sales Conversations
- Engage inbound and outbound leads across calls, emails, and social channels
- Qualify prospects, understand their needs, and position the right solutions
- Own the complete inside sales cycle from discovery to closure
Build Buyer Trust
- Confidently pitch product features and conduct product demos
- Guide prospects through decision-making and collaborate with internal teams to optimize the buyer journey
Operate with Agility
- Track leads and manage pipelines using CRM tools
- Stay updated on industry trends and product developments
- Share customer feedback to influence product and marketing strategies
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree (BMS or equivalent); MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred
- 1–3 years of inside sales experience, ideally in SaaS or tech
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Comfortable with outbound calls, lead generation, and high-volume outreach
- Highly organized, target-driven, and detail-oriented
- Curious, coachable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
