As a Sales Manager at Agami, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building lasting client relationships, and delivering value-driven solutions. You will work closely with Pre-Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to align client needs with Agami’s portfolio, ensuring every engagement reflects innovation, trust, and measurable business outcomes.

What Are You Required to Do?

  • Drive end-to-end sales processes — from lead generation to deal closure — ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across assigned regions and sectors.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with CXOs, business decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
  • Understand customer challenges, industry trends, and business goals to position Agami’s solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Pre-Sales and Product teams to design compelling solution propositions and tailor demos to client needs.
  • Manage RFPs, proposals, and contract negotiations, ensuring technical and commercial compliance.
  • Develop account strategies, growth plans, and forecasts aligned with company goals.
  • Represent Agami at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to build brand presence and awareness.
  • Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of pipeline, forecasts, and client communications in CRM systems.
  • Ensure smooth handover of signed projects to post-sales / implementation teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, focusing on long-term partnerships and recurring business.

Qualifications:

  • 5–10 years of experience in B2B Sales within the Technology / SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of technology trends and enterprise sales cycles.
  • Ability to translate business problems into solution opportunities.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
