As a Sales Manager at Agami, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building lasting client relationships, and delivering value-driven solutions. You will work closely with Pre-Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to align client needs with Agami’s portfolio, ensuring every engagement reflects innovation, trust, and measurable business outcomes.

What Are You Required to Do?
- Drive end-to-end sales processes — from lead generation to deal closure — ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across assigned regions and sectors.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with CXOs, business decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
- Understand customer challenges, industry trends, and business goals to position Agami’s solutions effectively.
- Collaborate with the Pre-Sales and Product teams to design compelling solution propositions and tailor demos to client needs.
- Manage RFPs, proposals, and contract negotiations, ensuring technical and commercial compliance.
- Develop account strategies, growth plans, and forecasts aligned with company goals.
- Represent Agami at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to build brand presence and awareness.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of pipeline, forecasts, and client communications in CRM systems.
- Ensure smooth handover of signed projects to post-sales / implementation teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, focusing on long-term partnerships and recurring business.
Qualifications:
- 5–10 years of experience in B2B Sales within the Technology / SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of technology trends and enterprise sales cycles.
- Ability to translate business problems into solution opportunities.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
