About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team at Agami Tech. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will play a critical role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our customer base. Objectives of this Role:
- Represent Agami Tech’s innovative products and services, utilizing in-depth product knowledge and market research to explain how our solutions meet customer needs.
- Generate and nurture leads by identifying and building relationships with warm prospects and uncovering new sales opportunities.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives to take the next steps.
- Collaborate with the team to refine and improve the company’s lead-generation playbook and sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize online portals, cold calling, and email campaigns to generate new sales opportunities.
- Identify the needs of potential clients and suggest appropriate products or services to address those needs.
- Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects and qualify them as sales opportunities.
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities in the market to expand our customer base.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings or calls between prospective customers and sales executives.
- Consistently report progress to the sales manager with detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years in sales, with a proven track record of exceeding lead generation targets.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with prospects via phone and email.
- Problem-Solving: A creative, solution-oriented mindset paired with excellent analytical skills.
- Growth-Oriented: A strong desire and capability to grow within a sales organization.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; candidates with 2+ years of relevant work experience will also be considered.
- Experience: Prior experience as an SDR with a history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead-generation platforms is a plus.
